Your Save the Date sets the tone with your guests! As the first point of contact, it is a great opportunity to get your people excited about the celebration to come. In addition to frontside design, you may feature additional designs and wedding website on the back of your card!
Your Invitation Suite includes all the important weekend details for guests. A suite typically includes formal invitation, details card, and RSVP card. Your invitations will provide the pertinent details and continue to build the aesthetic vision!
Your Day of Materials include items like menus, escort cards, bar signage, welcome notes, matches, the list goes on and on. This is an opportunity to expand on the visual story we’ve created from Save the Dates and Invitations. The possibilities are endless!
After an inquiry is submitted, I will send over my design pricing. We will then schedule a complimentary design call to talk through the scope of work and your design vision.
Once I have a better understanding of what you’re looking for, I will provide a personalized timeline and quote for printing.
The first round of design, is based on the vision we have created together. This evolves from our design call where we discuss important motifs, color scheme, and the tone you want to set for your guests. During this phase you will receive 3-5 fully formed designs.
I typically begin design work 8 weeks prior to your mail date. The first 3-4 weeks are reserved for my own design process and the following 2-3 weeks are for revisions!
Once you have received your first round of designs, you will provide me with feedback. This can vary from "everything is perfect, no changes!" to more substantial revisions.
This includes 3 rounds of refinement. This process typically spans 2-3 weeks.
Once designs are finalized, we head to print!
All printing is managed through us! We oversee every detail of the print process to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
On our calls, we will discuss paper options and print methods. No die cut is too bold!
We also handle the logistics of invitation assembly, stamping, and send-out.
All pricing is available upon request. Following your inquiry submission you will receive an introductory email with my design pricing list.
Preliminary print costs will be provided after we have our design call. Print cost will reflect your guest count, paper choice, custom die cuts, etc!
Additional items like envelope liners, ribbons, and wax seals will be priced out per project.
